2Eligibility to Register and Play

Deposit Ownership

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only accepted when confirmed by the CD 777 system and a unique bet reference number is generated. Bets that do not generate a confirmation reference are not active and no wager has taken place. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before the event begins.

In-Play Betting

Live odds on in-play markets update continuously. CD 777 reserves the right to suspend and re-open in-play markets during significant match events such as wickets, injury breaks, and over changes. Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided. The timestamp recorded on your bet slip is the authoritative reference for the market state at the time of placement.

Void and Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or declared void before the minimum number of overs or play-time required for settlement is reached, all bets on that event are void and stakes are returned. For PSL matches, the minimum settlement threshold is five overs per side. If a result is declared via Duckworth-Lewis-Stern after the minimum threshold, bets are settled on the official result.

Maximum Winnings

CD 777 applies maximum win limits per market and per event. The current single-event maximum payout is Rs 25,00,000 unless otherwise stated on a specific market. Winnings above this threshold from a single event will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of the calculated return at the placed odds.

8Prohibited and Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CD 777. Engagement in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the CD 777 platform or any of its systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, complete bonus wagering, or perform any action on the platform that would normally require human interaction.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the platform to obscure the source of funds, or depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

13Account Termination and Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may close your CD 777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds and pending bonus wager amounts are forfeited on voluntary account closure.

Suspension or Closure by CD 777

14Changes to These Terms

Any legal dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint process shall be referred to binding arbitration before any court proceedings are initiated.
